Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRFAM7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,846 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHRFAM7A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process. Each is linked with CHRFAM7A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRFAM7A-to-partner and partner-to-CHRFAM7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoplasmic translation grouped by CHRFAM7A-low versus CHRFAM7A-high in BREAST.
