CHRDL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRDL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,800 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRDL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCR, MPST, and CYP1B1. Each is linked with CHRDL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRDL2-to-partner and partner-to-CHRDL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHRDL2 versus BCR in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRDL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRDL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
