CHRDL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRDL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 198 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRDL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR15B, TRAJ4, and LINC02574. Each is linked with CHRDL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRDL2-to-partner and partner-to-CHRDL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR15B grouped by CHRDL2-low versus CHRDL2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRDL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRDL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
