CHRDL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRDL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,112 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRDL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF233, ZFP82, and CEP97. Each is linked with CHRDL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRDL2-to-partner and partner-to-CHRDL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHRDL2 versus ZNF233 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRDL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRDL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
