Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHRD Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CHRD data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CHRD Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHRD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
ACC, OV, and LUAD are the cancer types where CHRD Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
