CHRD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,403 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRD-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPCP1, SPAG5, and KIF2C. Each is linked with CHRD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRD-to-partner and partner-to-CHRD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPCP1 grouped by CHRD-low versus CHRD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
