CHRD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRD-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXW7, SCYGR10, and KRTAP10-8. Each is linked with CHRD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRD-to-partner and partner-to-CHRD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXW7 grouped by CHRD-low versus CHRD-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
