CHRAC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRAC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,391 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRAC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYCR3, SCRIB, and TAF2. Each is linked with CHRAC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRAC1-to-partner and partner-to-CHRAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHRAC1 versus PYCR3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
