Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRAC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,541 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, SMC2, and DNA2. Each is linked with CHRAC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRAC1-to-partner and partner-to-CHRAC1 results are reported.
