Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRAC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,830 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRAC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are miRNA-mediated gene silencing by mRNA destabilization, Protein localization to chromatin, and Chromosome condensation. Each is linked with CHRAC1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRAC1-to-partner and partner-to-CHRAC1 results are reported.
