CHPT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHPT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-980P, RNU6-1213P, and VN1R7P. Each is linked with CHPT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHPT1-to-partner and partner-to-CHPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-980P grouped by CHPT1-low versus CHPT1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
