Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHPF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,249 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHPF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RHEB, MAP1B_S2072, and ZYX_S267. Each is linked with CHPF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHPF2-to-partner and partner-to-CHPF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHPF2 versus RHEB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
