Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHP1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,837 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHP1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuolar transport, Obsolete selective autophagy, and Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with CHP1P3 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHP1P3-to-partner and partner-to-CHP1P3 results are reported.
