Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHP1P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CHP1P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher CHP1P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHP1P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and KIRC show a favorable association.
