CHODL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHODL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,737 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHODL-associated genes across cancer lineages are C21orf91, ZBTB5, and AARD. Each is linked with CHODL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHODL-to-partner and partner-to-CHODL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHODL versus C21orf91 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHODL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHODL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
