CHODL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHODL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHODL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN16, ADAM30, and OR10C1. Each is linked with CHODL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHODL-to-partner and partner-to-CHODL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN16 grouped by CHODL-low versus CHODL-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHODL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHODL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
