Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHODL-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CHODL-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher CHODL-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHODL-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and BLCA show a favorable association.

READ, DLBC, and LUSC are the cancer types where CHODL-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
