Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,062 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFRSF10A, PPP2R2A, and XPO7. Each is linked with CHMP7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP7-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP7 results are reported.
