Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,262 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHMP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP16, RNU6-13P, and FAM177A1P1. Each is linked with CHMP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP7-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP16 grouped by CHMP7-low versus CHMP7-high in LUAD.
