CHMP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with CHMP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP7-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by CHMP7-low versus CHMP7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
