Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHMP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHMP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASGEF1C, ITGAD, and ACER1. Each is linked with CHMP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP7-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RASGEF1C grouped by CHMP7-low versus CHMP7-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
