CHMP4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA35, SPANXN4, and MIR519A1. Each is linked with CHMP4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP4A-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORA35 grouped by CHMP4A-low versus CHMP4A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
