CHMP2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNHIT3, TAF9, and TUBGCP5. Each is linked with CHMP2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP2A-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNHIT3 grouped by CHMP2A-low versus CHMP2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
