Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHL1-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,117 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHL1-AS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, Regulation of DNA damage response, signal transduction by p53 class mediator resulting in transcription of p21 class mediator, and ATP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CHL1-AS2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHL1-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-CHL1-AS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
