Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHKB-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CHKB-DT data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CHKB-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHKB-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and PAAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, LIHC, and UVM are the cancer types where CHKB-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
