CHKA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHKA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,728 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHKA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPSAP38, SLC20A1P3, and HSPE1P20. Each is linked with CHKA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHKA-to-partner and partner-to-CHKA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP38 grouped by CHKA-low versus CHKA-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHKA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHKA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
