Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHID1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,155 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHID1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Humoral immune response, Telomere tethering at nuclear periphery, and Antimicrobial humoral immune response mediated by antimicrobial peptide. Each is linked with CHID1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHID1-to-partner and partner-to-CHID1 results are reported.
