Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHID1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,787 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD1, EIF5A, and YWHAZ. Each is linked with CHID1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHID1-to-partner and partner-to-CHID1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHID1 versus PSMD1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
