CHFR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,930 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS9-AS2, KRTAP8-3P, and TWF1. Each is linked with CHFR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHFR-to-partner and partner-to-CHFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS9-AS2 grouped by CHFR-low versus CHFR-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
