CHFR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, IQCF5, and ZNF330. Each is linked with CHFR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHFR-to-partner and partner-to-CHFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by CHFR-low versus CHFR-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
