CHERP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHERP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,037 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHERP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3908, GOT1, and CHCHD1. Each is linked with CHERP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHERP-to-partner and partner-to-CHERP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3908 grouped by CHERP-low versus CHERP-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHERP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHERP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
