Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHERP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHERP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eIF4E, and Akt_pT308. Each is linked with CHERP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHERP-to-partner and partner-to-CHERP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by CHERP-low versus CHERP-high in UCEC.
