CHERP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHERP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHERP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUEDC2, CD81, and STK11. Each is linked with CHERP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHERP-to-partner and partner-to-CHERP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CUEDC2 grouped by CHERP-low versus CHERP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHERP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHERP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
