Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHEK2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,757 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHEK2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to steroid hormone stimulus, Alcohol biosynthetic process, and Establishment of RNA localization. Each is linked with CHEK2P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHEK2P1-to-partner and partner-to-CHEK2P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to steroid hormone stimulus grouped by CHEK2P1-low versus CHEK2P1-high in STAD.
