CHEK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHEK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 970 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHEK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5189, ATF4P1, and MIR4253. Each is linked with CHEK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHEK1-to-partner and partner-to-CHEK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5189 grouped by CHEK1-low versus CHEK1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHEK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHEK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
