CHD8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHD8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,883 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, ACIN1, and SSRP1. Each is linked with CHD8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD8-to-partner and partner-to-CHD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHD8 versus SUPT16H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
