Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,282 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM12, TRIM28, and NCOA5. Each is linked with CHD6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD6-to-partner and partner-to-CHD6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHD6 versus RBM12 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
