CHD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,613 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA6, FANCG, and PIMREG. Each is linked with CHD6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD6-to-partner and partner-to-CHD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA6 grouped by CHD6-low versus CHD6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
