CHD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, c-Kit, and CD31. Each is linked with CHD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD3-to-partner and partner-to-CHD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by CHD3-low versus CHD3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
