CHD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,971 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRDT, KSR2, and VWC2L. Each is linked with CHD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD3-to-partner and partner-to-CHD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRDT grouped by CHD3-low versus CHD3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
