Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHD1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, cIAP, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with CHD1L in more than 1 cancer types.
