Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHD1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,754 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHD1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT3, ANP32E, and MRPL9. Each is linked with CHD1L in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD1L-to-partner and partner-to-CHD1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHD1L versus CCT3 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
