Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHD1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,375 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear pore complex assembly, 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with CHD1L in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD1L-to-partner and partner-to-CHD1L results are reported.
