Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CHD1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CHD1 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where CHD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
