CHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,619 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R2A, PLA2G12AP1, and DENND10. Each is linked with CHD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD1-to-partner and partner-to-CHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2A grouped by CHD1-low versus CHD1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
