Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,853 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of rRNA processing, Microtubule organizing center organization, and Centriole replication. Each is linked with CHD1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD1-to-partner and partner-to-CHD1 results are reported.
