CHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,109 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAST1, UFSP2, and AKAP3. Each is linked with CHD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD1-to-partner and partner-to-CHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAST1 grouped by CHD1-low versus CHD1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
