CHCHD7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,026 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEA1, PRKDC, and VCPIP1. Each is linked with CHCHD7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD7-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD7 versus TCEA1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
