CHCHD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4309, PLCE1P1, and MIR6750. Each is linked with CHCHD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD7-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4309 grouped by CHCHD7-low versus CHCHD7-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
