Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD4P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,324 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHCHD4P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SHARPIN_S165, HRH1_S233, and JUNB. Each is linked with CHCHD4P4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD4P4-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD4P4 results are reported.
